Although Tower Place was originally built as a state office building in 1959, it was completely renovated into a luxury multifamily community building in 2012. With this modern renovation, the building was re-equipped from the ground up with our residents in mind.

Our spacious apartments have an average unit size of over 1,000 square feet and feature city views, Bosch full sized washer and dryers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors through-out, and granite countertops in both the bathroom and kitchen.
